    Mains
    • Magnetic Pork Escallops - Escallops of pork dusted with a curry flour, pan-fried then finished with a sweet, fruity curry sauce and baked banana. This dish is sure to attract you!
    • Fryer’s Fowl - Plump breast of chicken filled with avocado and brie cheese, oven-baked and accompanied by a fruit chutney.
    • Tropical Barra - Pan-friend barramundi fillet flamed with Malibu white rum and finished with sweet chilli and cream sauce.
    • Pan-Pacific Stir Fry - Stir-fried strips of beef, chicken or lamb tossed with Asian vegetables and special sauce.
    • Yongala’s Secret Chicken and Pork Combo - American rack of pork ribs and a chicken breast basted in chef’s special BBQ sauce.
    • Honey Prawns - Crisp, plump tiger prawns sautéed with garlic, honey and just a hint of chilli.

    • 350 gram Rib Fillet
    • 500 gram Rib Fillet
    • 500 gram Rump
    • 250 gram Barramundi Fillet - With lemon and tartare sauce.

    ALL MAINS SERVED WITH TWICE-BAKED POTATO AND YOUR CHOICE OF MIXED ASIAN VEGETABLES OR A SIDE CAESAR SALAD.


    Pasta
    • Vegetarian Lasagna - Layered sheets of pasta with crisp Mediterranean vegetables, napoli sauce and béchamel cheese sauce, served with a Caesar salad.
    • Pasta Carbonara - Fettucini tossed with bacon, mushrooms and garlic finished with cream and parmesan, served with a side Caesar salad.

    Dessert
    • Toffee Mango Cheeks - Delicious tropical mango served with toffee and rich vanilla ice-cream.
    • Espresso Frangelico - Vanilla ice-cream served with a measure of hazelnut liqueur and a shot of espresso coffee to blend to your pleasure.
    • Sticky Date Pudding - Delectable home-made sticky date pudding served with a wicked caramel sauce.
